DRAFT CREATION
The course of packaging development depends on the wishes or customer’s specifications. The customer presents us with the products for which he needs packaging and then the packaging planning begins. We advise and create a draft of cardboard packaging based on extensive years of experience.
For construction we use extremely powerful ArtiosCAD program, which in addition to 2D construction also enables the presentation of the product in 3D.

SAMPLE MANUFACTURING
We create a sample of the box with the help of a CNC cutter. That is very important for the customer, because with a sample of the packaging, it is easier to imagine what the final product will look like.

CORRECTION OF THE SAMPLE
The sample is being processed and corrected until the customers are satisfied. In the event that the product is printed, we send the customer a blank outline on which to place the graphic.
We can also send the customer a 3D presentation of the packaging with applied graphics, for an easier presentation of the finished product.

MANUFACTURE OF PUNCHING TOOLS
For final production of the product it is necessary to make a punching tool, which is made according to the approved sample or the customer’s plan.
